Robotics – the art of robots

Hello! We are four students from Espoonlahti secondary school who took part in a four months lasting Robotics -course. The idea for the Robotics -course was to introduce ourselves into the basics of robot building. Our goal was to increase our knowledge about robots and the technology behind them. We met once a week to build robots and to share ideas. The course included a friendly competition with another school from Shanghai, Shanghai Ganquan Foreign Languages middle school.

Even though our group has only 4 members, we were still able to have fun. Despite having a few setbacks we managed to accomplish our goal of building several working robots. We came into this course open minded. We had little to no experience prior to this course. We learned how to control the robots manually and with pre-recorded commands.
